Senator French moved and asked unanimous consent to be shown as a                                   
cosponsor on SENATE BILL NO. 34 "An Act relating to electronic                                      
mail activities and making certain electronic mail activities unfair                                
methods of competition or unfair or deceptive acts or practices under                               
the Act enumerating unfair trade practices and consumer protections."
